Additional Warranties
The 90 Day Warranty is a limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty covering a range of items from plumbing to load bearing walls that are found in good working order during the inspection.
MoldSafe covers new visible mold/moisture issues on permanent surfaces not present during the inspection.
SewerGard provides coverage for water and sewer lines. If a client also has us conduct a sewer scope at the time of the inspection, the coverage is extended to 6 months.
Platinum Roof Protection provides 5 years of leak repair coverage on any type of roof material that was noted in good order on the inspection.

Additional Services
RecallChek is the first service for consumer recalls in the United States. With over 225 million recalls, they are a fail-safe system used to check for dangerous flaws with home appliances. We provide our customers with lifetime access to this system. In addition, they will receive monthly maintenance newsletters and a separate appliance report following their inspection.
Concierge Service is a great way to take the stress out of moving. This service will set up all of the utilities for a new home and also provide an opportunity to review and upgrade the home security system.
Home Owners Resource provides free technical support for life for all home related questions.
